Medicinal values are clear and proven and so are the adverse effects of tobacco. Although familiar I believe that campaigns such as JEL can help to spread awareness. The medicinal values need to be publicized more though. It will remain a constant in culture as long as it’s legal so we’ll have to learn to use it.
