showed last 75 words of 1185 total…her brother rot on a field and also left the city of Thebes with a respectful image of her, the woman who stood up to the King and succeed in making him look like the bad guy. Arrogance might not be the best characteristic for a person to have, but I feel that trait gave Antigone’s character the attitude she needed to bury her brother the way she believed he deserved to be buried.
