During these past few weeks as an RM there hasn’t been that many issues that I have dealt with myself in the hall or even on my floor. …showed last 75 words of 712 total…thought holding this mini floor meeting with my residents just made them more aware of what can and does go on in a resident hall and what to be aware of. Referring them to the handbook was also a good safety net because the book doesn’t just have the situation in there but it also says what can possibly happen if caught breaking college policies. Overall, I hope this year continues to go well.
