Bush administration boycotted the Dec. 5, 2001 meetings in Geneva that would have affirmed that Israel theft of Palestinian land is a war crime. These are not, at least on the face of it, the actions of a President who truly wants peace in the Middle East.
So, the question must be asked: is this mistatement actually a Freudian slip?
