Connecticut’s Parole Board can only release a convict if “ 1) there is reasonable probability that the inmate will not violate the law and 2) the release is not incompatible with the welfare of society.” I personally don’t see much difference in the two laws. I don’t see how the Board’s will release a convict that pose’s any type of danger to society.
