You can’t tell they have OCD, or could you tell if anyone has this disorder unless you actually see them performing these rituals in hope of preventing, obsessive thoughts. . I believe anyone who suffers from OCD and is taking the proper medications should also get support from family members and friends. I think without the love and support we give Sara and Rick, their chances of recovery would probably be very difficult.
