…showed last 75 words of 637 total…Jordan Baker and Daisy as dresses. This white colour gave the women innocent naïve appearances on the outside, but covered the real truth inside. I feel that using Nick as a narrator along with an observer/participant was sensible as it gave the book realism and greater depth. This allowed readers to look through the eyes of a character that had seen the corrupt and untrue lives that the other characters had been living.
