I think the author’s purpose for this section was to show how everything was created and the fall of man. I think it is kind of depressing what happened in the beginning of time. Everything starts out perfect and wonderful but then it goes quickly down hill from there. Too bad things had to end up the way they did because it would have been a whole lot better if Adam and Eve just …showed first 75 words of 404 total…

…showed last 75 words of 404 total…actually went through with it and wiped out everyone except for Noah, his family, and all the animals except for two of each kind. There must have been some really wicked people. It all goes back to Adam and Eve. If they had have been obedient to God then there wouldn’t have been all this wickedness and suffering. Hopefully we can learn from them and try to be obedient and listen to God ourselves.
