…showed last 75 words of 386 total…I have been trying. Working out, running, playing sports and hitting the speed bag (boxing). I want the school to get a body bag to help relieve stress even more. Nothing better than aggressive stress relief. Knowing that at the end of the day I can hit something as hard and as much as I want may delay my stressor reaction long enough to have some fun with it.
