in a dictatorship with a hostile president. I would not believe the citizens of Cuba would embrace this type of political system nor the way their president runs things sometimes. They do not get to vote, their “leader” Fidel Castro led a rebel army to victory in 1959 and since has been the leader and probably will be till he dies. I find it hard to believe that this would be much of an enhancing democratization.
