I was first intrigued to write a paper about the Chicago theatre when I was told it was one of the biggest theatre cities in the world. I used to live in the suburbs of Chicago but never really got downtown very often. I honestly had no clue just how big and diverse the theatre scene is in Chicago. …showed last 75 words of 1180 total…very big right now and I know that I would like to enjoy some of it. There is talk of a train stop from here to Joliet coming. From there it would only be a quick train ride downtown and you could enjoy all that Chicago has to offer without the rigors of traffic. I think this would be a great opening for local youth to grow socially and open them up to more experiences.
