showed last 75 words of 1033 total…to be President is in my opinion ludicrous. He should have seen what was best for the Union and softened his stance on slavery. Lincoln knew quite well what his election would do to the country. He didn’t care. And alot of people died, because he was impatient and did not let time run its course. So alot of the blame rests on his shoulders. More than anyone one man he is to blame.
