language, sign language was excluded and was not considered to be a language at all, but merely a form of communication between people. I strongly disagree with this assumption that sign language is not considered to be a form of language because not only is it a form of structured communication between people that cant hear. But it can be taught and standardized around the world so that everyone can understand how to use it.
